• Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:
  • We collect religious or philosophical as well as sexual orientation data so that we are able to offer an inclusive working environment to all employees at all times. All data is used internally only.

  • We require individuals details, Name or company name and email address so that we are able to identify and trace internally any continuing issues raised by the correspondent and link in previous contact allowing for fast and precise location of the individuals data if requested via Subject Access Request. No details are used externally for any reason data collection is for the sole purpose of identifying the individual as a known or unknown correspondent and their interactions with the company.
